On the 1st Dec 2011 your removal company delivered furniture we had in storage with you for quite a few months. I just wanted to write and praise the two men who unloaded and placed the furniture in our house. They were pleasant, considerate, very helpful and made such a difference to a difficult day. They later took some furniture to our daughters house. It had been a long day and with only two of them moving heavy furniture into some difficult spaces but our daughter also commented on how good they were and how pleasant they were at the end of a long day. I just felt I wanted to pass our thanks on and would highly recommend these two men.

This is a short and rather late note to thank you and your team for your help in moving. Your patience with holding dates is a wonder! I just wanted to write and say a big thank you, for organizing my move. Although, as we all know how horrendous and stressful moving is, the two men Trevor and Mark made it a pleasure!!! However, I will say it was very hard work for them, and they stayed calm, happy and helpful all day. Some moves are painful because of circumstances, and on the three occasions, that Pretloves have 'moved me', I can honestly say they made it 'not quite so bad'. Now, as you know, you have all my worldly possessions safely stored away, so I will be seeing some of you in the near future - hopefully the same two, as they packed it so well...

I was impressed by the speed with which your men transferred the house contents so quickly. Everything was well-packed and nothing was broken. In addition they all seemed to be enjoying themselves. They moved like greased lightning. Your foreman (I think I should call him) was kindness itself and told me to look after myself and unpack slowly. This was the most exhausting thing I've done for a long time. It made me aware that I must take life more easily and get enough rest.
